Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our standard delivery timeline is typically 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed. We partner with reliable domestic fulfillment centers to ensure your items arrive as quickly and safely as possible.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.

Multiple Packages (Split Shipments) To ensure you receive your items as quickly as possible, we fulfill orders from multiple warehouse locations. If you order more than one item, your order may arrive in multiple packages on different days. You will receive tracking information for every individual package.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes Some of our carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. If your order contains oversized items (such as large kitchen organizers or yard carts), please provide a physical street address at checkout to avoid delivery delays or cancellations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Stow & Skillet is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or invalid addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at jab.vid.biz@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the information, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered the processing phase.
